Temple SWE
Temple University Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is an intimate student branch organization within the College of Engineering. Led by a group of outstanding aspiring women engineers who are focused on Advancing their local chapter and future engineers academically, encouraging members and non-members to Aspire to innovative future careers that incorporate science, technology, engineering and math, and Achieving and establishing a great relationship with the engineering student body and faculty.
SWE is a non-profit organization that partakes in annual community service events, including AIDS Walk Philly, Choosen 300 Soup Kitchen efforts, and Philly Clean-Up Day. More importantly SWE continues to lend a voice to a growing population within the engineering community, providing support and networking opportunities to their members.
